I attended a great party last night at Pulse in downtown Detroit. The packed shindig was a VIP relaunch event for After 5, a fledgling Detroit company making major waves in metro Detroit's social scene - particularly among the young professional set.
I'll have more information on After 5 and its dynamic founder and CEO, Kerry Doman, next week, but wanted to throw out a last-minute announcement about After 5's public relaunch party this evening. If you're scurrying around to make plans for tonight, look no further. After 5's public relaunch gets rolling at 9 pm at the fabulous Detroit lounge, Pulse.
Why do this instead of spending another night at home or your normal hangout? After 5 events are a terrific way to meet other 21 to 30-somethings and Pulse is one of downtown Detroit's best recent additions. Plus, there's no cover for After 5 members (sign up for After 5's newsletter here - bottom of the page - and you're a member).
If tonight's event is anything like last night's or the other After 5 events I've attended, you will not be disappointed.
